It is quite a big plush mother goose, and hidden inside is 3 Nursery-Rhyme Buddies and Books (This little Piggy, Humpty Dumpty, and Hey Diddle Diddle) This entire gift set is a huge hit in my house with all my kids.

The twins love to cuddle mother goose and learned fast that she has some treasures hidden away for them (in a zippered compartment on her back). The little plush animals Velcro to the books, which amuses them to take on and off repeatedly. The books are also made out of fabric, so the girls are also able to chew and play with them.
